Gender Cell, also known as Nari Samsad is a committee in our colleges which acts to look into the following objectives :
1. Promote Gender Equality: Foster a culture of equality, justice, and inclusivity, addressing gender-based issues and concerns.
2. Empower Women: Support and empower students, faculty, and staff to achieve their full potential, free from discrimination and bias.
3. Raise Awareness: Organize workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness about gender-related issues, laws, and policies.
4. Provide Support Services: Offer counseling, guidance, and support to students facing gender-related issues, including domestic violence, stalking, or other forms of harassment.
5. Foster Inclusive Campus Culture: Encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a campus culture that values and respects all individuals, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, or identity. The cell is committed to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
